Personal training sessions are available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Men and women of all ages are welcome to sign up. Sessions are one hour each. Each session is planned directly for each student. Our workouts will strengthen and tone your whole body.

What To Expect

Personal training sessions are geared to the individual and what they would like help with. Coaches have nutritional knowledge and can help answer dietary questions. Workouts can vary from cardio fitness, weight lifting, boxing, etc. A typical boxing workout includes a warm-up, shadow boxing, hitting bags (i.e. heavy bags or speed bags), jumping rope, mitt work, and cardio fitness. The one-on-one attention is encouraging and rewarding. Best of all, they are inexpensive!
