Healthy Snacks

Add healthy snacks to your daily diet easily with these healthy suggestions: apples with peanut butter, strawberries with fat free cool whip, peaches and cottage cheese, sugar or fat free pudding.

Extended Summer Hours

Starting June 8th we will have extended Open Gym hours. All classes will run at their normal times.

Monday – Thursday 12-8 pm
Friday 12 – 6 pm
